Initial Herbal Consultation

Initial herbal consultations are spent discussing your health goals and health history. Initial consultations usually last for about 1.5 hours. After the consultation, I will create a custom herbal and lifestyle protocol to help you get closer to your health goals. All consultations are private and confidential.
Follow-up Herbal Consultation
$175
Follow-up herbal consultations are designed to get your feedback on how your herbal protocol is working. These consultations last approximately 45 minutes. Adjustments to your protocol will be made, as needed, based on our discussion. All consultations are private and confidential.
Education Sessions
Various prices, based on length of session
Empower your health journey with educational sessions designed to impart life-long herbal skills. Examples of classes taught include: golden milk mix for anti-inflammatory effects, elderberry syrup to support the immune system, and herbal pesto to include medicinal foods in your diet.
